I wear bold but basic lips with a single lipstick, makeup secret to go great with a beanie softly defined eyes, a light blush on my cheeks and a transparent Base.

Makeup secret to go great with a beanie. Today I was going for a French girl style, hence the beret. I’m certainly using it too because I didn’t feel like dealing with all the crazy, stray baby hairs that were popping out of my head at all angles this morning so I just covered them up, beauty makeup tips hahaha!

What, exactly, is a posh French girl? For me, it’s laid-back yet classy – makeup that’s not harsh or harsh, so no harsh contours or sharp brows or large cobweb fakes.

  • ¬†Actually, I’m here for any makeup, LOL! I didn’t use much during the holidays, and it feels good to use it again. I wear bold but basic lips with a single lipstick, makeup secret to go great with a beanie softly defined eyes, a light blush on my cheeks and a transparent Base.
  • ¬†Most of the products I carry are Chanel (French girl style and all), with a couple of pieces from the new Chanel Spring-Summer 2021 collection.
  • First is a light, velvety matte reddish coral lipstick called Eclosion. It’s a light, pigmented lipstick that feels so smooth and soft on my lips. Although it is completely covered and matte, it carries over a little. So when you kiss things, including people, dogs, and cats, you leave traces of lipstick everywhere.

The highlighter I wear on my upper cheekbones are the lighter peach hues of the Fleur de Pritemps highlighter / blush duo. They have a lovely, subtle satin sheen, and work well for peach and coral redness, which leads me to Malice Blush … Good ol ‘Chanel Malice! Wear warm, peachy coral redness like MAC Melba. You will LOVE this silky blush. It is part of the permanent Chanel collection and looks amazing with most lip colors. Go great with a beanie I’ve been wearing and loving her for years.

Last, but certainly not least, I wear a stronger brown than usual, thanks to Boy de Chanel in Deep Brown, my new favorite brow pencil. It comes from the Boy de Chanel sub-collection marketed as makeup for guys, but you know … you won’t turn into a pumpkin or anything if you are a lady and you use it. LOL! I like it because the pencil isn’t too soft and creamy and therefore has a good wearing time, and I also like how pigmented it is.
